This separates us from other designers/companies who have never touch a wrap and don’t understand how to design a wrap so it will fit correctly and make installation possible.

This will help you sell the impact of their wrap design visually! This first side proof requires a $50.00 deposit we will require balance paid in full once any change is needed or proof is approved to proceed with the other sides of vehicle wrap design. Our designers understand the importance of delivering a wrap layout that is not only great looking but effective. We know and understand your wrap needs to be eye catching as well as Printer and Installer friendly! A poorly designed Vehicle Wrap will cause problems with printing and installation which results in added costs, lost time and possible loss of a customer. We help you avoid the disaster of reprinting or worst, starting over! When vehicle wraps are designed and exported correctly, printing and installation are quicker and more efficient. To get started you will need to send us pictures of the Vehicle. NO TEMPLATES!
(TAKE PICTURE STRAIGHT and LEVEL WITH VEHICLE, NO ANGLES!!)
Items needed to start proof will be their logo, services and contact information along with a brief description of what they are looking for. If your customer has no idea of what they want, we will start something from scratch based on their business, logo, colors etc.
Once you have the pictures of the vehicle and Information /Logos /Etc...
contact us by Email or Phone. We will then go over the wrap info to prepare the first initial proof
(1 Side of vehicle). Once we have completed the initial proof it will be emailed to you along with a phone call to make sure you have received it.
Remaining balance payment required if:
#1 The client has changes #2: the client is ready to move forward with the rest of the vehicle.
Once you/your customer want to make a change OF ANY KIND, you will receive by emailed
PayPal Invoice for one of the following options you have chosen:
Most Common Options:
Option 1 $150.00: (Just the Concept) Layered file of proof NO CHANGES or OTHER SIDES.
This is for companies that just need an idea and want to take over the design from
the 1st proof, they will make all additional changes, other sides and once approved they
will setup their own Print Files.
Option 2 $250.00: Will cover all progressive changes and the final Print Files for 1 Vehicle.
Print Ready Wrap Files (Flattened PDF Files)
Option Used with Companies Wrapping Fleets
Option 3 $500.00: Will cover all progressive changes and the final Print Files Layered PDF's for 1 Vehicle. Layered files can be arrange by your graphic department for other/future vehicles
in that company. This saves your company from paying $250 for each additional
vehicle with same design.
Wrap Design DOES NOT INCLUDE LOGO DESIGN!!
Custom Logo Design is offered at $150.00+
(Logo will be given in 3 formats (JPEG,PNG & Layered PDF)
We will only accept FULL PAYMENT before moving forward. WE WILL MAKE NECESSARY PROGRESSIVE CHANGES NEEDED TO GET YOUR WRAP APPROVED! When changes are complete we will then send you the measurement needed to setup your PRINT READY WRAP FILES!
(Changes leading to approval, not "Can I see it in green/blue/red and purple?" We don't want to put a limit on changes... BUT, If the changes are going nowhere, JOB WILL BE CANCELED with NO REFUND!)
We do ask for pictures of the finished job to add to our portfolio.
